Wills & Probate

The only thing we know for sure about the new millennium is that we're all going to die during it. It is never safe to assume that you do not need to make a will. If you fail to do this you will simply be adding to the grief that your loved ones face. You will not just be creating potential "who gets what" problems but causing delays in the administration of your estate which could lead to financial hardship.
Thought must also be given to the tax planning of your estate, and deciding who you would wish to appoint as guardians to your children.

Making a will is usually inexpensive and we will be happy to discuss your wishes with you before receiving your full instructions.

It is perhaps not a pleasant subject to think about but something you really must do and with our help.
