Accident Compensation

Nothing can compensate for an injury or accident involving you or your family but after such an event has occurred you must take advice to see if you can make a claim. Normally actions taken on your behalf will involve obtaining medical reports to confirm your injuries and to judge their severity which determines the level of compensation you may be able to claim.

Cases can arise through injury at work, or in a public place, a road treffic accident, negligence by a doctor or medical staff or any other injury which was caused by someone else. Of course claims on behalf of children can be made and securing compensation for them is often of very great importance.

It can be difficult for you to judge whether you or someone in your family have a claim and we urge you to telephone for our advice. You must also be aware of the time scales set out by statute but as claims can be made within three years of an injury there may be something which happened some time ago on which you should take our advice.
