A desire to do things their own way led to Kieron Malloy L.L.B. and Michael Barry B.Sc.(Econ) forming the practice in August 1996.
Kieron who qualified as a solicitor in 1984 leads the criminal, conveyancing and commercial departments. He is a Duty Solicitor on the Cardiff Scheme and a member of the South Wales Regional Duty Solicitors' Committee.

Michael who qualified in 1985 heads the civil litigation and family law departments. He is a member of the Family Law Panel and of the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA) and is the regional representative for Cardiff SFLA.

Since 1996 hard work and client care have resulted in a thriving practice with a solid client base. The firm have a contract with the Legal Services Commission in Family and Criminal matters and have accreditation as an Investor in People.

The firm pride themselves on the service they provide and their ability to assist with their clients' problems, 24 hours a day if required. After hours appointments or home visits can easily be arranged to suit clients' needs.
Their aim is for existing clients to recommend the firm to friends, family and business contacts and for clients satisfaction to result in further growth and success for Malloy & Barry.
